Student Organizations and Publications

There are over 200 student clubs and organizations at Missouri S&T. The English and Technical Communication Department is directly involved in Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honor society, and Southwinds, the Missouri S&T literary magazine.

Sigma Tau Delta

Sigma Tau Delta is an honor society for English majors and minors and those interested in English language and literature.  The Alpha Gamma Mu Chapter at Missouri S&T sponsors several events throughout the semester, and members are invited to share their scholarly or creative work at a national conference, held annually (see English.org for more information).
